Coming from North, East or Central Delhi Shivaji Marg (Najafgarh Road) :  

Moti Ngr,Raja  Gdn,Rajouri  Gdn,Tilak  Ngr,Distt.  Centre  Janak  Puri,Vikas  Puri  Crossing,Uttam  Ngr, Nawada, Sewak Park, Dwarka Gate,Sec-3,NSIT, IIIT-D (NSIT Library Building).

Coming from South Delhi:

Domestic Airport, Palam Colony, Palam Village, Dwarka Gate, Madhu Vihar, Matiala, Sec-3,NSIT, IIIT-D (NSIT Library Building).

Detail driving directions:
From airport go towards Dwarka. Go over the long, curvy Dwarka flyover. After passing the flyover, keep going straight for 4+ kms. On the 4 th Traffic Light turn Right (3rd TL is Somnath Chawk, with a market on the right). Go about 1 km. On the traffic light, turn Right *into the service lane* (if you miss this, then you will have to make a U turn after about 1 km). After 100 yds, NSIT gate is on the right. IIIT-D main office is in the Library Building 3rd floor. 

Coming from Gurgaon / International Airport :

Raddison Hotel, International Airport, Dwarka Sector - 21, Sec. - 8, Sec.-7, Sec.-6, Sec.-5, Sec.-4, NSIT, IIIT-D (NSIT Library Building).
 

BY METRO:

If you are coming from Metro, get off at Dwarka Mor Metro Station. The NSIT campus main gate is approximately 1.3 km from this station, on Azad Hind Fauz Marg. One can take a bus or a rikshaw to the main gate, though walking never hurts on a fine day. 
 
Note:  If  you  are  at  the New  Delhi  railway  station,  then  you  can  go  to  New  Delhi  Metro  station  and  get  the  metro  to  Rajiv Chowk  (Yellow line) from  where  you  can  get  the  Dwarka  Mor  Metro (Blue line). You  can  directly  purchase  the  ticket  from  New  Delhi  Metro  to Dwarka Mor.
