I am working as Assistant Professor at the newly research-led State (National Capital Territory) University, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology in Delhi. Prior to coming to IIIT-D, I completed my Ph.D. in the COS (Computation, Organizations and Society) program with the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University.

Research interests: information security, intelligence and security informatics, cyber crime, trust, usable privacy and security, and human computer interaction.

I am part of the Security and Privacy Group @ IIIT-Delhi. My anti-phishing research work at Carnegie Mellon University has contributed in creating a start-up company, Wombat Security Technologies.
